Struggling with addiction

Is This You?

If you have found yourself on this page, the likelihood is that you’re really struggling with addiction. Whether it’s alcohol, illicit or prescribed drugs, gambling or another set of addictive processes, it will probably have completely changed your behaviour and the behaviour of those around you.

Inability To Stop

Do you find that you cannot quit entirely, even when you honestly want to?

Loss Of Control

Do you find that once started you have little control over the amount you take?

At this point, you might feel like giving up. It’s understandable if you feel like your hope is fading away, just like so many other things in your life.

“But there is hope—real hope. Healing is possible, wholeness can be restored, and a life rooted in dignity and connection can be rebuilt. We understand addiction, and we invite you to begin a new chapter with us—one grounded in support, growth, and meaningful change.”

Wondering,
"Is it really that bad?"

If you find yourself asking this, it’s worth pausing and taking an honest look at your life, your habits, and how you’re feeling day to day. Even struggles that seem small at first can grow over time, affecting your health, relationships, and sense of well-being. Recognizing that something might be wrong doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it shows courage and self-awareness.

Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness; it’s the first step toward healing, regaining control, and building a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
